Our Facilities

At TDE, our facilities reflect our commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous growth. Strategically designed to support diverse industrial operations, they serve as the backbone of our fabrication, maintenance, and training activities. From our well-equipped office and workshop to dedicated storage and training areas, every facility is built to ensure safety, productivity, and excellence. As we continue to expand, we aim to further enhance our capabilities and provide greater value to our clients.

Office & Workshop Facilities

At TDE, we have a modern office and workshop facility which supports the fabrication activities that are tailored to our clients’ needs. The workshop covers an area of approximately 4 acres built on a 13-acre land, which is fully gated and guarded. The primary function in this area is the fabrication work of piping, structure, tanks, pressurize equipment, insulation, blasting & painting etc. The maximum fabrication output capacity of the workshop is approximately 350 ton/month. As the quality of product and service is our top priority, the workshop is ISO45001:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 compliant.

Machineries and equipment in our workshop includes, bundle puller extractor (Peinemann & Idrojet) ranging from 25 to 45 tons; high pressure water jet with various capacity; ultra high pressure cutting machine; hydraulic tank crane ranging from 20 to 50 tons; 50 ton Enerpac horizontal jack hydraulic synchronise; tank jacking system; air compressor & welding machine; and general fabrication facilities.

Training Facilities

At TDE, we believe that with the ability to learn and to translate that learning into action rapidly is the ultimate competitive advantage. Therefore, we invest heavily in our employees’ training and development program to improve their skills, knowledge & performance.

We have an in-house training facility which can house up to 100 people. Some of the trainings that we have conducted previously were; Oil & Gas Safety Passport (OGSP), Authorized Entrant & Standby Person (AESP), First Aid Course, Respirator Fit Testing, others in-house HSSE & QAQC training.
