Construction Scope

Storing materials per specifications to prevent damage or contamination.
Cutting, bevelling, and preparing pipe ends for welding or threading.

Fabrication

Spool fabrication in workshops or on-site.
Fit-up and tack welding of pipe joints.
NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) of welds (e.g., radiography, ultrasonic).

Installation

Erection of pipe supports and hangers.
Routing and laying of pipes according to isometric drawings.
Alignment and fit-up of flanges, valves, and instruments.

Welding & Testing

Welding by qualified welders per WPS (Welding Procedure Specification).
Hydrostatic or pneumatic pressure testing.
Flushing, cleaning, and drying of piping systems.

Painting & Insulation

Surface preparation and application of protective coatings.
Installation of thermal insulation or cladding as required.

Process Plant Construction Scope

Civil & Structural Works

Foundation works for equipment and structures.
Erection of steel structures, platforms, and pipe racks.

Mechanical Installation

Installation of static equipment (vessels, tanks, heat exchangers and etc.).
Installation of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines).
Alignment and grouting of equipment bases.

Electrical & Instrumentation

Cable tray installation and cable pulling.
Installation of control panels, junction boxes, and instruments.
Loop checking and functional testing of control systems.

Commissioning Support

Pre-commissioning activities (flushing, leak testing, calibration).
System turnover to commissioning team.
Support during startup and performance testing.

Documentation & Quality Control

Preparation of inspection test plans (ITPs).
Daily progress reports and quality records.
